Arbuckle Bros coffee racist trade card from 1893. 3" x 5" Full color illustration shows three scenes, a happy young black man playing the banjo while a young barefoot black girl jigs; two black men w/torch have trapped a opossum up a tree, their hound dogs below; and in center two young black couples dressed in all their finery strut along doing the cake walk. Printed information on the American Negroes on the reverse explain the traits and amusements of these "entertaining, interesting and happy of beings". Great card
